We’re very pleased to announce we're working with the team at ATOR on their brand and communications strategy.

ATOR is building world's largest network for internet privacy, leveraging a globally distributed set of relays with hardware coming this year to support a global network of nodes based on Onion privacy network.

As technology advances, so do the challenges inherent in privacy. ATOR is taking on this challenge, addressing the evolving need for privacy in the digital age. National and international laws have yet to catch up with the core principles of liberty and freedom of expression.

For too long privacy on the internet has been framed in the context of the harms it can do, rather than an enabler of freedom we all cherish. Strong cryptography is an enabler for a free society, avoiding the long road towards a digital dictatorship

Encryption and anonymity, provide individuals with a means to protect their privacy, empowering them to browse, read, develop and share opinions and information without interference.

Who does this help?

  • Journalists
  • Civil organizations
  • Ethnic + religious groups
  • People persecuted for their sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Activists, scholars, artists

Basically anyone who wants to exercise the rights to freedom of expression and opinion.

Enabling digital freedom

Internet autonomy is a fundamental right but, across the world, internet users have grown accustomed to unconsented collection, censorship and monetization of their data.

This year the ATOR team are shifting their vision and branding towards being the anonymity layer of the Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) space.

DePIN is a new way to build and maintain infrastructure in the physical world. Wireless networks, but also telecoms, mobility systems, EVs, power grids - ATOR aims to be the protective privacy layer for DePIN projects and their users

We’re excited to be on that journey with them. Watch this space
